The beloved tale, Peter and the Wolf, gets a ROCO twist with Peter and the Raptor! Presented in connection with the Houston Museum of Natural Science, Prokofiev’s whimsical classic is brought to life by a ROCO wind quintet plus timpani, with actors portraying each character of the story in an interactive performance delightful for all ages.
The performances will be held in the Museum’s Glassell Hall, and parking (paid) is available in the Museum’s attached garage. A map of the Museum may be found HERE. Admission to the performances is included in your Permanent Exhibits ticket that day, without any additional cost.
American Sign Language interpretation will also be provided for both performances by BEI Certified Master Interpreter Audrey Reyna, with thanks to the Houston Museum of Natural Science, and sensory-friendly lighting will be in use.
