Join us as ROCO’s Season 19 Unchambered Series begins on Saturday, November 4, at 5:00pm in The Historic Eldorado Ballroom! ROCO violinist Rachel Jordan curates and features in a vibrant, intimate program of classical and jazz works honoring the memory and legacy of her father, New Orleans-based musician Kidd Jordan, who performed in the Ballroom during his career as an internationally acclaimed saxophonist.
Explore the family connections that inspired Rachel’s program, in an interview preview!
Starting at 4:30 pm, a cash bar will be available, and The Eldorado Ballroom complex is open to explore the renovated space and its galleries. The Rado Cafe & Market on-site is also open until 4 pm, in case you’d like to grab a bite before, and the nearby Project Row Houses are also open to view until 5 pm.
This performance will also be livestreamed free at ROCO.org, Facebook, YouTube, and A440.live.
