ROCO’s Seventh Season was “a fusion of cultures and generations”. The April Season Finale featured Grammy-nominated guest conductor, Alastair Willis, and the world premiere of a new piece by Anthony Brandt called “Maternity – Women’s Voices Through the Ages,” libretto by David Eagleman, sung by Karol Bennett. Also on the program: pieces by Wagner, Rossini, Tchaikovsky, and Kodály. Performed at The Church of St. John the Divine, Houston, TX, on April 21, 2012.
